Currently reading.- A list of books to help you feel good, eat healthier, and live happy!

Hi, I am excited to share with you the books I am currently reading. My focus is on healthy food alternatives, healthier lifestyles, and ways to nourish my whole body and feel good. Understanding what nourishes my body and makes me feel whole has become increasingly important to me over the past few years. Therefore, I would like to briefly summarize my thoughts on each book that I have been enjoying lately. Please note that this is not a sponsored or paid-for post.  If you are a regular reader of my blog, you may already know that I was diagnosed with Endometriosis during my mid-20s. It is a medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus grows on the outside of it and sometimes spreads to other parts of the body. This results in various symptoms like inflammation, pain, irregular bleeding, and heavy periods. If you're interested in learning more about Endometriosis, you can check out the link I've provided below https://www.endofound.org/endometriosis. It took me an

Around here.

I love new plants. I picked this little cutie up about a month ago.  I've been enjoying doing laundry in the evening. This space is normally lit up with a bigger light, but I've been enjoying this little lamp lately. Pugs and kisses. My oldest daughter just loves these pajamas. And honestly, I can't blame her.  We put out a little Valentine's decor.  I normally keep it simple. We feel blessed with each day that passes. Life is truly beautiful. May you all continue to be blessed. Much love. ♡ Stephanie

This is a simple craft that kids can enjoy doing.  Just set out some paint, paintbrushes, and frames, and let your kids paint their frames. I could have picked white frames, but I decid

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. It's a new year and I'm wishing you all the best. May you all go on new adventures, make new friends, and continue to have many more blessings come your way.  I'm excited about this new year. This year I'd like to go on new adventures, be more in the moment, work on having more patience, and create a space that is full of beauty, and inspiration. I want to take more pictures of my kids as they grow with each passing day. I've realized that life passes us by so quickly and we must enjoy this current moment.  There is so much beauty around us and we must take the time to notice it, be still, and be in the moment. I'm leaving behind sad moments that truly left me feeling complete down, shaking off those negative vibes, and I'm filling my daily cup with positive, loving, caring vibes. -Honestly, we all should! So please feel free and come along with me on this journey.  What are your plans f
