Simple Morning Smoothie Ingredients  - 1 cup of Almond milk. (You can use any milk  that you prefer) - 1 cup of Frozen Bananas - 1 cup of mixed frozen strawberries and pineapples - 1/2 cup of dried oats Blend all the ingredients together, and serve right away.
