Are you ready to start your health journey? If so, I'd love to share my experience taking Persona Vitamin packs. I was contacted by Mom's Meet to try out the Persona vitamin pack. This 28-day, high-quality supplement subscription is delivered right to your front door!  This came at the perfect time since I was going to be purchasing my vitamins during my next shopping trip.    I received my products for free from the sponsor of the Moms Meet program, May Media Group, LLC. As a Moms Meet blogger, I agreed to use this product and post my opinion on my blog. My opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinions of May Media Group LLC or the manufacturer of the product. As always, my opinions are 100% my own.  My Experience with Persona vitamin packs My package arrived, and I was excited to start my 28-day supply of personalized supplements. When opening my package, I noticed that it came with two boxes that had dispensers so that you could easily access your supplements by simply pu

Sipsby Tea | November Box Subscription Review

I've always found tea so comforting.  I really enjoy having a cup of tea during the evening hours. My husband is more of a coffee drinker, but I've been able to convince him to enjoy some tea with me.  I was so thrilled when I saw an advertisement for Sipsby ! I saw that they offer personalized tea subscription boxes. Of course, after seeing this, I went and checked them out. I love that they have a quiz that you can take so that you are matched with the perfect teas that are made just for you. Doesn't that sound wonderful? I mean honestly, each month you get to explore different teas, and each time it is such a fun surprise!   My Sipsby subscription box My subscription box included four different teas that were based on my preference after taking the quiz, and a sheet of paper that had detailed tea information such as steep time, caffeine levels, and flavor. What I really loved was seeing that it was made just for me. In my box, there were three different teas, but each

As many of us are adapting to a new way of learning and working from home, it is normal to feel overwhelmed. However, some helpful tips can make this transition easier. I have been fortunate enough to have experience with virtual learning for my daughters, and I would like to share some insights that might help you too. Maintain a consistent schedule: Having a consistent routine can make a big difference in your day. Try to maintain a regular bedtime and wake-up time. It will help you to feel more organized and focused throughout the day. Getting enough sleep every night is also important for your overall well-being. Eat a healthy breakfast: A healthy breakfast can give you energy and help you start your day off right. Even if you're not a big breakfast person, try to have something small. You could have fruit, yogurt, oats, or whole-grain toast with your favorite spread. Start your day with a positive attitude: A positive attitude can make all the difference in your day. Try

10 things I want my daughters to know as they grow 1. No matter what I will always love you Even when it might seem like I'm frustrated, sad, or just having a rough time.  I will always love you. 2. You're perfect just the way you are Always remember this. You are perfect just the way you are! 3.  Friends come and go I often tell myself that people are like seasons passing by.  You will realize that not all friends will stay.  As I grew up I realized that it wasn't about the number of friends, but the quality of friends. As time goes on you will learn this too. 4. Never feel rushed to heal Healing takes time. Never feel the need to rush the healing process. Take a deep breath, and gather your thoughts, but please never rush the healing process.  “Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.” ―  David Richo   5.   Always ask questions Big, small, or just because! Always ask questions. Asking questions, and getting answers to your questions i
