Break a sweat.-A list of workout channels to get you moving.

 Are you looking for workout channels to get a good sweat session in? If so, I've created a list of channels that I currently use.  Even if you are just starting out these videos can really help guide you through this journey. Whether you are just starting out, want low impact, build strength, or just want to get moving, these workout channels will help you get started. This is not a sponsored or paid-for post. Run.

"The miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start." -John Bingham I recently took a break from running, and today I went on a 2-mile run. I feel great! What a great feeling once you have completed a workout. It was nice to run, and just clear my thoughts. The color run youtube-color run I'm thinking we may do this! 

Lovely day...and a great workout!

So today has turned out to be a wonderful day. I was able to get a lot done. (Including my workout) Today I did two 20 minute videos from the firm. I love their dvds, as I mentioned before in my blog I recently bought the Firm Express. Each video is 20 minutes long. And you can combine videos, and make them longer (which I usually do) so tonight I did the Ignite Cardio, and combined that with the Accelerate Sculpt. (After my workout I felt great!!) I love that feeling after a great workout! :)
The weather this weekend has been pretty nice here in Colorado. This weekend I just enjoyed being with my family. Saturday I went past any excuses I had keeping me from working out and went for it! I missed my work out on Friday, so I made it up by running a mile, and doing my firm express video. The firm express system is great; it comes with 13 DVDs and has 4 cycles. (Cycle 1- ignite, Cycle 2-accelerate, Cycle 3-turbocharge, and Cycle4-overdrive) I purchased this set on amazon.com. It also comes with a bonus video which is 10 minutes. I completed the 30 days of this system, and now I’ve been adding it in with my regular workout schedule. What do you do to keep motivated? I find that there are times that I am just so tired, but I try and push through.
