The Crazy Little Lovebirds Link Party 126

Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #126! This party offers a platform for sharing inspiring content, including recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home décor, and other uplifting  ideas. Hello, dear blogging friends! This week has been quite busy, and we're all ready to relax this weekend. We’ve learned a lesson we've encountered before: no matter how kind or justified you believe you are, there will always be people who remind you it doesn’t matter.  I'm sharing this as we continue to deal with the aftermath of someone colliding with our fence.   I hope for better days ahead.  Now, let’s move on to the party! We have some wonderful posts to share. A big thank you to each and every one of you who joins us for this party each week; please know that you are appreciated! 🌟🌟🌟Congratulations to our featured bloggers 🌟🌟🌟 Amy's Creative Pursuits shared her experience at the World Snow Sculpture Festival in Stillwater, Minnesota. Keeping Blogging Positive: The Do’s and Don’ts of Community Support

The Do’s and Don’ts in a Blogging Community If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years of blogging, it’s that the community can be one of the best parts of the whole experience — when we’re actually supporting each other. Blogging isn’t just hitting publish and hoping someone reads it. It’s connecting, showing up for one another, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to share their voice. But let’s be honest: not every corner of the blogging world feels that way. Sometimes people forget that behind every blog is a real person doing their best. So I wanted to put together a simple, down‑to‑earth list of do’s and don’ts — the things that genuinely help build a positive blogging community, and the things that… well, don’t. Nothing complicated, nothing dramatic. Just the kind of common‑sense, supportive habits that make blogging more enjoyable for all of us. The Do’s: How We Can Lift Each Other Up Do show support in ways that feel natural to you Support doesn’t have to b...

DIY Flower-Embellished Glass Jar Makeover

Are you ready to give new life to that old glass jar? Join me for a fun and easy upcycling project that turns it into a beautiful flower display! I’m excited to share this quick and simple project with you. You won’t need many materials, you might already have most of them at home. Let’s take a glass jar and add a few embellishments, paint, and other finishing touches! Quick Video Tutorial Materials Needed: - One glass jar - Acrylic paint - Heating tool (optional) - Paintbrush - Embellishments (I'm using flower buttons) - Ribbon - Hot glue - Scissors Applying Paint to the Glass Jar: Start by removing any labels from the glass jar and washing it thoroughly. Then, use a paintbrush to apply your chosen paint to the jar. I began with a coat of white paint, drying the paint between each coat with a heating tool. After the white layer, I added a pink coat over the white. Adding Ribbon to the Jar: Cut a section of ribbon and wrap it around the upper section of the jar. Before securing it,...

The Crazy Little Lovebirds Link Party 75

Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #75! This party provides a platform for sharing inspiring content such as recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home decor, and other uplifting ideas.  I hope everyone is doing well. Last weekend, we took our car in for maintenance. While we waited, we went across the street to look at a few cars. Honestly, I don't enjoy car shopping because I find the salespeople to be very pushy, not all but every time we have gone we have experienced this.   A week before Christmas last year, we were involved in a hit-and-run accident, and the person who hit us fled the scene. She left some scratches and minor dents on our vehicle. We later discovered that she was driving with a suspended license. Working with the police to sort everything out has been a hassle. On the bright side, we found a car detailing shop and received a quote for the repairs.-Yes it has taken this long!    Anyway, enough about me! I can't wait to share...

Succulent Centerpiece using Dollar Tree Items

Looking to add some greenery to your space?  Hello everyone! Today, we’re going to create a quick and simple succulent display using a round baking pan from Dollar Tree. I completed this craft a while ago, but forgot to share it with you. It's an easy project, and all the materials—except for the spray paint—were purchased at Dollar Tree. You can make this lovely decoration in just 10 minutes. Let’s get started on this succulent decoration together! Materials -One baking pan -Spray paint -Stones/rocks -Crushed glass -Artificial succulents -One glass candle holder Start by applying spray paint to the baking pan. I had a bronze color from a previous project, and it would be a great opportunity to use it again. When applying spray paint, make sure to cover the surrounding area and ensure that the space is well-ventilated.  Once you have painted the pan, allow the paint to dry. I used a heating tool to speed up the drying process, but if you prefer, you can let it air dry, which m...
