About a month or so ago, we had a major hailstorm that caused damage around town and to our home.  My flowers have daily visitors. Between the bees and hummingbirds, my garden has been getting much-needed love. I'm finding so much enjoyment in moving my body daily. It's been a while since I started my workout routine, and it just feels so nice to move daily. It has definitely become a habit. I'm looking forward to Autumn. Warm drinks, falling leaves, and comfy light sweaters.- I truly love fall weather. My husband has been roasting our coffee beans, and I really look forward to a cup of coffee in the mornings. I love the show, This Is Us. If you haven't heard of it, look it up and watch a trailer for it. Ah, so good! We re-seeded our lawn this year,...

One winter day. Walk with us.

One winter day ... This day the sun was out, and everything in sight was beautiful. We adventured off into nature, (for about two hours). Breathing in the fresh air, and feeling the light breeze on our skin. Streams were flowing, birds were chirping, and we felt so much joy.-Being together, enjoying the warm weather.-Everything was absolutely perfect.  -So if you'd like...come walk with us. Thank you all for your kind words in my last post. I'm feeling much better, and this walk was something I needed. -Again, thank you.

Weekend love-time with my loves.

Our weekend was spent outdoors. We went on a nice family walk and sat out and enjoyed the nice weather. Our daughter enjoyed splashing around in her little pool. I was excited to see a few of my flowers started blooming in my front flowerbed.  While out shopping I came across some cute hello kitty stamps for kids. Of course I ended up buying them, and our little one had such a fun time with her stamps. Over the weekend my husband made us some delicious strawberry pancakes. We topped them with some triple berry syrup. (Boy they were yummy) I knew I would have to kick some serious butt with my next workout. :)  Over the weekend my husband also made us a berry non-alcoholic drink, which was wonderful. We ended up sitting out in the back, allowing our daughter  to enjoy her bubble machine. It was a lovely weekend spent with my loves.
