Simple ways to stay motivated during your fitness journey

Here are some tips to help you stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals: 1. Choose or create a workout music playlist to keep yourself moving and energized. You can either create your own playlist or choose a music channel on a free music website. 2. Stay hydrated by keeping track of your water intake. Fill up two water bottles the night before - one with ice and a teaspoon of lemon for the morning, and another to take with you and refill as needed. 3. Create a fitness vision board featuring motivational quotes, inspiring images, and your fitness goals to stay motivated. 4. Reward yourself when you meet a goal with activities like taking a hot bath, enjoying your favorite treat, or doing something that makes you smile. 5. Happy New Year to all! I hope you all had a great time ringing in the new year. What are your plans for this year? Will you try something new? Go on more adventures? Take on a new hobby? Inspire? Each day take some time and do something you enjoy. Toxic relationships, emotional vampires, whatever you want to call them, we all have them. Get rid of them! Count your blessings!  Be around the people you love. Start your day with positive thoughts. Let things go. Limit your use of social media. Have a good laugh. Smile more.- It looks good on you! Take care of your health.

Saturday.

This weekend. Laughter. Hugs. Smiles. Love.  And... a whole lot of  C O L O R ! We spent this day at the Color Run. It was a first for us and we absolutely loved every second of it. ♡ Pink! One of my favorite colors. Yellow. Our first color in the color run. About to party... The post-race party! Music, dancing, and of course more color. (My daughter is the little one with the tutu on. She's with her dad enjoying the view as she sits on his shoulders.)  And of course, the happy wall. --What makes you happy?
