Quick Video Tutorial Materials Needed: - One frame (I am using a 4 x 6-inch frame) - Paint for the frame (any color of your choice) - Paintbrush - Mod Podge - Decorative tissue paper - Wooden decorative hearts - Chalkboard paint - Chalk - Scissors Remove the cardboard insert from the frame and set it aside.
