It's important to take care of your body when you're feeling under the weather. Here are some tips to help you recover: - Drink plenty of liquids, such as water, ginger tea, peppermint tea, lemon tea, or infused water/tea. Staying hydrated is essential. - Boost your immune system by consuming foods that are rich in nutrients. Vitamin C is particularly helpful, so try juicing fruits and vegetables. - Prepare a warm bath with Epsom salt and soak in it to relieve sore, achy muscles and relax. - Get some sunshine and fresh air by sitting outside for a few minutes.
