Currently reading.- A list of books to help you feel good, eat healthier, and live happy!

Hi, I am excited to share with you the books I am currently reading. My focus is on healthy food alternatives, healthier lifestyles, and ways to nourish my whole body and feel good. Understanding what nourishes my body and makes me feel whole has become increasingly important to me over the past few years. Therefore, I would like to briefly summarize my thoughts on each book that I have been enjoying lately. Please note that this is not a sponsored or paid-for post.  If you are a regular reader of my blog, you may already know that I was diagnosed with Endometriosis during my mid-20s. It is a medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus grows on the outside of it and sometimes spreads to other parts of the body. Around here.

I love new plants. I picked this little cutie up about a month ago.  I've been enjoying doing laundry in the evening. This space is normally lit up with a bigger light, but I've been enjoying this little lamp lately. Pugs and kisses. My oldest daughter just loves these pajamas. And honestly, I can't blame her.  We put out a little Valentine's decor.  I normally keep it simple. And if you haven't yet checked out my latest post on simple Valentine's crafts, click the link below. DIY Valentine frame art and Love sign I took an old candle jar, a candle, and some coffee beans.  Just a little something for over the fireplace.  A simple wreath for a simple space. We feel blessed with each day that passes. Life is truly beautiful. May you all continue to be blessed. Much love. ♡ Stephanie

Hello December.

“December, being the last month of the year, cannot help but make us think of what is to come.”  ―  Fennel Hudson,  A Meaningful Life - Fennel's Journal - No. 1 Hello December. It's so nice to have you here. The days are cold, but our hearts are warm. We're filled with so much love, and there's so much to be thankful for. What are you most thankful for? We spend our days busy as can be, but when we have time to finally take it all in we continue to count our blessings. This year was an eventful year.- One with challenges, changes, and new adventures.  Somehow through all the chaos, we made it! Isn't it amazing how life can be tough at times, but in the end, we pull through?   I hope that December is treating you all well. May you experience joy, love, and peace.  May your days be merry and bright. ♡♡
