Start your health journey with personalized Persona vitamin packs

Are you ready to start your health journey? If so, I'd love to share my experience taking Persona Vitamin packs. I was contacted by Mom's Meet to try out the Persona vitamin pack. This 28-day, high-quality supplement subscription is delivered right to your front door!  This came at the perfect time since I was going to be purchasing my vitamins during my next shopping trip.

I received my products for free from the sponsor of the Moms Meet program, May Media Group, LLC. As a Moms Meet blogger, I agreed to use this product and post my opinion on my blog. My opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinions of May Media Group LLC or the manufacturer of the product. As always, my opinions are 100% my own.

My Experience with Persona Vitamin Packs

My package arrived, and I was excited to start my 28-day supply of personalized supplements. When opening my package, I noticed that it came with two boxes that had dispensers so that you could easily access your supplements by simply pulling and tearing each individual daily packet apart. I was sent a morning and a bedtime pack. I was also sent a supplement facts sheet for both my bedtime and morning packs. The sheet provides information on calories, amount per serving, and % daily value.

What my supplement packs consisted of:

I live a fairly active lifestyle, so this was perfect.  What I really loved was that my morning pack contained a daily probiotic, and after around week 2 of taking my supplements, I could definitely feel a difference in my gut health and energy levels. After starting my bedtime vitamin packs, I noticed that I was experiencing better sleep habits and feeling so much more refreshed when waking in the morning.

  2. I love that it's all personalized. Out of curiosity, I went and did the assessment. I was impressed with how detailed it was. So many important questions to find out exactly what you need, what can boost your health and what to avoid (by asking what prescription medications you're taking).

  6. I think this is a perfect option for many people, especially right now! It saves trips to the store, but it can also help with deficiencies we are all probably experiencing this year with not being able to go out too. I haven't been moving around as much, so I have sore joints, among other things. I am going to go take the assessment and see what recommendations that I am given.

Succulent Centerpiece using Dollar Tree Items

Looking to add some greenery to your space?  Hello everyone! Today, we’re going to create a quick and simple succulent display using a round baking pan from Dollar Tree. I completed this craft a while ago, but forgot to share it with you. It's an easy project, and all the materials—except for the spray paint—were purchased at Dollar Tree. You can make this lovely decoration in just 10 minutes. Let’s get started on this succulent decoration together! Materials -One baking pan -Spray paint -Stones/rocks -Crushed glass -Artificial succulents -One glass candle holder Start by applying spray paint to the baking pan. I had a bronze color from a previous project, and it would be a great opportunity to use it again. When applying spray paint, make sure to cover the surrounding area and ensure that the space is well-ventilated.  Once you have painted the pan, allow the paint to dry. I used a heating tool to speed up the drying process, but if you prefer, you can let it air dry, which m...

Keeping Blogging Positive: The Do’s and Don’ts of Community Support

The Do’s and Don’ts in a Blogging Community If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years of blogging, it’s that the community can be one of the best parts of the whole experience — when we’re actually supporting each other. Blogging isn’t just hitting publish and hoping someone reads it. It’s connecting, showing up for one another, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to share their voice. But let’s be honest: not every corner of the blogging world feels that way. Sometimes people forget that behind every blog is a real person doing their best. So I wanted to put together a simple, down‑to‑earth list of do’s and don’ts — the things that genuinely help build a positive blogging community, and the things that… well, don’t. Nothing complicated, nothing dramatic. Just the kind of common‑sense, supportive habits that make blogging more enjoyable for all of us. The Do’s: How We Can Lift Each Other Up Do show support in ways that feel natural to you Support doesn’t have to b...
