September to October: Feel-Good Moments

And here we are at the end of October with just a few more days left, and I've been cherishing these days. Our days are filled with love and beautiful moments we share as a family. I wanted to share some moments from September through this month that made us smile and that we continue to treasure. From small moments to big moments, I am truly grateful for these days. Here’s what we cherish that brings smiles to our faces. Admiring the fall colors: yellows, deep orange, red, and brown. During our walks here in Colorado, we enjoy the changing colors. I shared how our peppers performed this growing season, and we were very proud of their success. Over the weekend, we harvested more peppers before we cleaned up the garden. Our time in Milwaukee was beautiful. Although it was a short trip, it was definitely worth it. The Clancy Breach Tour in Milwaukee was a beautiful night. Tyler and Josh from Twenty One Pilots always put on a fantastic concert, and we were thrilled to experience thi...

We spend our days busy as can be, but when we have time to finally take it all in we continue to count our blessings. This year was an eventful year.- One with challenges, changes, and new adventures.  Somehow through all the chaos, we made it! Autumn snapshots.

I took a little break from social media.  I just wanted to enjoy my family more  and take in all these beautiful moments I spend with them.  I'm back and I am ready to share our little adventures with you all. Our nights are definitely colder. Hot tea, tutu-wearing, princess parties, and autumn painting. Scattered leaves, flowers fading and the sun shining so brightly. We're all healthy and happy. I couldn't ask for more.  If you are reading this, I hope that you're enjoying this autumn season. May you continue to be blessed and happy.

Peaceful moment.

This peaceful moment took place in November 2013. Cold weather, coffee brewing, and these delicious Jam cookies were in the oven baking. It was wonderful and we enjoyed them as we sipped our coffee and stayed warm indoors.  Each Thursday I will be posting a peaceful moment. I would love to hear what your peaceful moment has been during the week or a peaceful memory from the past. Leave your comment below or on Google+.
