Welcome Spring. Currently

I'm thrilled to have this beautiful weather around!  We welcomed spring with clear skies and weather in the upper 60s. I was able to open all windows and let in some fresh air. - Ah, refreshing.  Currently- - Finishing up this week's lessons with my oldest daughter. Reading, math, shapes, and the letter G. She's doing great and we're so proud of her. -My husband and oldest daughter have been working on a few science labs for his chemistry class.  -Picking out new paint colors and decorations for the girl's bathroom. I'm kind of in the mood for repainting and sprucing this space up.  -Taking down our St. Patrick's day decorations. Our oldest made a few shamrocks using- water paint, coloring pencils, and glitter.  -Enjoying our trips back to the library. I hadn't been going for some time. We eventually made our way back this week and our daughter met a few new friends. She's so excited about her n...

Hello November. Lately

It's way cooler now. - There's a gentle breeze that fills the air. One might even say it's colder out in the evenings. Honestly, I've always enjoyed cooler weather. In our home, I've set out a few fall decorations. -One that is ...

Hello sunshine!

Today was such a lovely day. While out I couldn't resist picking up some fresh flowers, so I did! I must have Spring fever or something. :) I'm sure it had to do with the wonderful weather we had here in Colorado today. It was a nice 70 degrees. Today my daughter and I did some running around town, and enjoyed a nice lunch together. My husband made us some Chicken fajitas for dinner, and I must say it definitely hit the spot. How did you spend your day? (And how's the weather over where you are at?) Until next time, enjoy the rest of your evening. I'm currently reading: Get your sparkle on, by Lindsay Cain. (I'm hoping it helps motivate me to start beading again) Fingers crossed ;)
