Our weekend included:
-A day at the park
-Bundling in comfy warm blankets
-Sitting by the fireplace (I really love this)
-Baking{pumpkin roll}
-Lighting candles
-Saturday in home date night
-My husband making homemade chicken potpie
 
 
It's been cold, and we have been enjoying our fireplace. Sipping on apple cider, while the sweet aroma of pumpkin roll fills each room in our home. We definitely made the best out of our weekend. Each weekend we enjoy family time, whether it's going to the park or just down time at home. It's always so special to me.

    Oh, yum. I love chicken pot pie! I really need to try making it from scratch. I usually use the Bisquick method but that's pretty lazy. :) I'm glad you had such a nice weekend with your family.

    So I went to The Chesapeake Bay this past weekend. Spent a lot of time in Annapolis and had a photo session. It was great!! The most relaxed weekend I've had here.

Spring Refresh: Mini Clip Photo Frame Hack for Seasonal Decor

  Are you ready to spruce up your living space this spring? If yes, I have an easy and inexpensive DIY project for you. We will use one of Dollar Tree's mini clip photo frames to create a mini spring display that will complement your existing spring decor. This fun craft project can also be added to a tiered tray.  I'll provide you with a full list of materials below. Materials needed Mini clip photo frame Acrylic paint Decorative floral napkin  Mod Podge  Paintbrush Optional paper flower embellishment/magnet for hanging on the refrigerator Letter stamps and stamp ink pad Scissors Step One: Applying Paint to the Photo Frame Start by taking a paintbrush and applying paint to the frame. The organizer I'm using has three compartments.  We will be creating a hanging garden display with faux succulents. If you know me, then you know how much I love succulents.  Honestly, I could decorate every space in my home with them. The best part is that with artificial succulents, I won't have to worry about killing them.
