I had the opportunity to try out this product and I must say we are definitely enjoying it. It adds a burst of flavor to any dish. I was given several recipe cards to choose from. I decided to go with the creamy avocado crostini.

Creamy Avocado Crostini

Serves 16.
Ingredients that you will need:
-1 ripe avocado
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
-1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
-1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
-2 tablespoons of chopped chives
-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
-1 baguette, sliced diagonally

Start off with preheating your broiler on high.

Next, you'll want to slice up your avocado and add it to a bowl.
Once you have done this take your garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chives and add them
to your avocado. Give it all a good mix!

Once you're all done with that take 2 tablespoons of your olive oil and mix it in with your avocado mix. Stir until everything is smooth and there are no chunks. Set your mixture aside for now.

Next, take your bread and slice it.  Lay it flat onto a baking tray. Brush the remaining extra olive oil on both sides of your bread. Place your baking tray into your broiler and wait until both sides of your bread turn a light golden brown.

Remove from broiler. Take your avocado mix and spread it onto your crostini.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did. It was so delicious. I thought the flavors of the avocado and extra olive oil created a delicious combination. And this can easily be served as an appetizer while hosting a dinner party or even a wine tasting. Ah, it was everything I thought it would be. Turned out amazing!

European extra olive oil is amazing! It is virtually free of acidity. It is made by pressing without heat or the use of chemicals. Between uses, you should store it in an area that is dark and cool. Try not to store it on a counter or near a stove. And never store it in the refrigerator.

Succulent Centerpiece using Dollar Tree Items

Looking to add some greenery to your space?  Hello everyone! Today, we’re going to create a quick and simple succulent display using a round baking pan from Dollar Tree. I completed this craft a while ago, but forgot to share it with you. It's an easy project, and all the materials—except for the spray paint—were purchased at Dollar Tree. You can make this lovely decoration in just 10 minutes. Let’s get started on this succulent decoration together! Materials -One baking pan -Spray paint -Stones/rocks -Crushed glass -Artificial succulents -One glass candle holder Start by applying spray paint to the baking pan. I had a bronze color from a previous project, and it would be a great opportunity to use it again. When applying spray paint, make sure to cover the surrounding area and ensure that the space is well-ventilated.  Once you have painted the pan, allow the paint to dry. I used a heating tool to speed up the drying process, but if you prefer, you can let it air dry, which m...

Keeping Blogging Positive: The Do’s and Don’ts of Community Support

The Do’s and Don’ts in a Blogging Community If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years of blogging, it’s that the community can be one of the best parts of the whole experience — when we’re actually supporting each other. Blogging isn’t just hitting publish and hoping someone reads it. It’s connecting, showing up for one another, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to share their voice. But let’s be honest: not every corner of the blogging world feels that way. Sometimes people forget that behind every blog is a real person doing their best. So I wanted to put together a simple, down‑to‑earth list of do’s and don’ts — the things that genuinely help build a positive blogging community, and the things that… well, don’t. Nothing complicated, nothing dramatic. Just the kind of common‑sense, supportive habits that make blogging more enjoyable for all of us. The Do’s: How We Can Lift Each Other Up Do show support in ways that feel natural to you Support doesn’t have to b...
