I've been enjoying making my own coffee drinks lately and I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe for a delicious pumpkin latte that you can enjoy too! Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of milk (I like to use almond milk, but any kind will do)
- Pumpkin spice (add to taste)
- 1/4 cup of strong brewed coffee or espresso
- A splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of whipped cream (I use dairy-free So Delicious Coco Whip, but any kind will work)

To make your latte:
1. Warm up your milk in a saucepan.
2. Add in the pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree.
3. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. While that's simmering, brew your coffee or espresso.
5. Combine the coffee and pumpkin mixture in your mug and give it a stir.
6. Top it off with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
7. Find a cozy spot in your home and enjoy your delicious pumpkin latte!

Hope you enjoy this recipe and have a wonderful fall season!
