  • Made a list of things you might want to accomplish this year? You really should. Maybe you just want to run your first 5k or start your own business. Whatever it is add it to your list.
  • Turned up some music and just let loose? Sing, dance, and just express yourself! 
  • Reminded yourself that it's okay to experience heartache and hard times? If you're reading this please know that it's okay. Whatever you might be going through will pass. Always remember to take as much time as you need to cope. You got this!

  • Cooked a meal and sat and truly enjoyed it? Whether you're cooking for yourself or a family, try and sit and just enjoy the meal you prepared. 
  • Finally, be able to say No? You don't always have to say yes and really it's good to say no once in a while. If there's something you don't agree with or just don't want to do, say no! You'll feel so much better.
  • Experienced living a happier healthier life? Each day do something that brings happiness and a healthier lifestyle. Start off small and build on it. You truly won't regret it!

Spring Refresh: Mini Clip Photo Frame Hack for Seasonal Decor

  Are you ready to spruce up your living space this spring? If yes, I have an easy and inexpensive DIY project for you. We will use one of Dollar Tree's mini clip photo frames to create a mini spring display that will complement your existing spring decor. This fun craft project can also be added to a tiered tray.  I'll provide you with a full list of materials below. Materials needed Mini clip photo frame Acrylic paint Decorative floral napkin  Mod Podge  Paintbrush Optional paper flower embellishment/magnet for hanging on the refrigerator Letter stamps and stamp ink pad Scissors Step One: Applying Paint to the Photo Frame Start by taking a paintbrush and applying paint to the frame. I chose to paint my frame white. It took me about two coats of paint to give it complete coverage. Set your frame aside and let it dry.
