Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to visit. Are you a breakfast person? Are you looking for some new recipes to try out? I am always looking for new breakfast ideas, and these days, I have plenty of time to experiment in the kitchen. These breakfast recipes are easy to make and only require a few ingredients. You can also take them with you on the go. Check out these breakfast options:  1. Blueberries, vanilla yogurt, granola, and an English muffin. 2. Oatmeal topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon, mixed berries, and honey drizzle. 3. Sliced banana, waffle, almond butter spread, and a drizzle of maple syrup. 4. Granola bar, sliced oranges, strawberries, and a bagel with apricot jam. 5. Sausage scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, black pepper, and diced ham. 6. Simple ways to take care of yourself for when you are sick.

It's important to take care of your body when you're feeling under the weather. Here are some tips to help you recover: - Drink plenty of liquids, such as water, ginger tea, peppermint tea, lemon tea, or infused water/tea. Staying hydrated is essential. - Boost your immune system by consuming foods that are rich in nutrients. Vitamin C is particularly helpful, so try juicing fruits and vegetables. - Prepare a warm bath with Epsom salt and soak in it to relieve sore, achy muscles and relax. - Get some sunshine and fresh air by sitting outside for a few minutes. Breathe in the fresh air and soak up the sun's rays. - Prepare some soup, such as noodle soup with diced vegetables. Add some broth, carrots, celery, noodles, a can of diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, and a dash of salt. - Rest your body by allowing yourself to just rest. Close your eyes and rest in bed, on the sofa, or in a hammock. This will help you recover from your cold. - Listen to your favorite

Fun crafts, and activities for kids.

Books and current happenings  I recently checked out a few recipe books from the library. Since we have had a lot of time at home, I figured we should try some new recipes. I hope that I'm able to make a few of these recipes soon.  Clean Eating For Every Season. Alicia Tyler This book is packed with delicious hearty meals, drink recipes, desserts,  and much more! Each section is labeled by season. There is a section on organizing a clean kitchen and pantry.  She gives you steps on how to organize your kitchen for success. Also included is a section on organizing your fridge.  I started organizing a little more since I have more time, and it is summer break.  Hungry Girl- Clean and hungry obsessed! Lisa Lillien This book is an all-natural recipe book that includes some amazing recipes! I checked this book out because I was looking for a variety of recipes that used more of a natural approach.
