I love these positive affirmations and believe in using them on a regular basis. I grew up on Long Island in New York the birthplace of Walt Whitman so many of his poems and sayings are ingrained in us. My high school was named after him. The positive affirmation that I tend to go to on a regular basis is "I am strong and resilient, I can handle every situation".
ReplyDeleteI love that positive affirmation! - That is definitely one I'll need to add to my list. I agree, we should use these on a regular basis. Thanks so much for stopping by. :)
DeleteThe one that speaks to me this week is "I am enough" because it has been rough. That constant feeling of falling behind in both work and. life, not having enough energy to go around is a constant battle. I need to remind myself that I really am enough and I can handle it. Thank you so much for the amazing reminder. Sometimes that is exactly what is needed.
ReplyDeleteErica, thank you. I really hope things get better for you. Sometimes we just have to take things easy, and we can all use this reminder. Sending hugs your way, and positive vibes~
DeleteI absolutely love these affirmations, and they couldn't come at a better time. Positive affirmations like "I am enough" and "I will love without limits" are what I'm really focusing on these days while putting more emphasis on Loving Kindness both for myself and all those around me! I love the positive energy of this post, so needed these days!
ReplyDeleteLuLu, thank you so much. That is wonderful that you for focusing on putting more emphasis on loving, and kindness for yourself, and those around you. I'm always so happy to hear when a post has made someone feel better, or it was just what they needed to read that day. Thank you for stopping by.
DeleteI really needed this. I am a fairly successful VA, and I have a great family, but I often feel like I'm faking it and soon everyone will know. I have terrible self-esteem from childhood abuse, so these affirmations are definitely something I'm going to try.
ReplyDeleteBen, I'm so sorry to hear about your self-esteem issues due to childhood abuse. I hope that you are able to find healing. - No one should ever have to go through any of that. Thank you so much for stopping by, and I'm definitely sending positive vibes your way.
DeleteAffirmation is a very powerful tool for me. I enjoy it a lot and I think it work wonders on your mindset
ReplyDeleteLyosha, I'm so happy to hear that. Thanks so much for stopping by. :)
DeleteI used to have a CD of affirmations that I listened to in the car each morning. It really did help start the day off right. My commute is much shorter now, and I haven't seen the CD for ages, but this reminds me of those quiet mornings.
ReplyDeleteAw, I love quiet mornings when I can just take a few moments and focus on my thoughts. Tracy, I have seen a few positive affirmation CDs at the library. :)
DeleteThese are great - so simple, but that's all you need and probably more effective than longer, more complicated sentences. I love the way you have displayed them in little infographics!
ReplyDeleteKat, thank you so much. :)
DeleteSelf affirmations are so very important to not only be happy but also reminding ourselves constantly about our worth. The ones that I use most is 'It's a beautiful day' and 'I'll do my best'.
ReplyDeleteI love those affirmations that you shared. -- 'It's a beautiful day', that one is something I need to practice saying more often. :)
DeleteThese are great. I actually have a wrist tattoo that says 'You Are Enough' as a reminder to myself on a daily basis. I think I am going to write some of these down and put them up around my office. That's often where I am when I find myself the most frustrated with everything. That's when I need the reminders of just what I'm capable of more than ever...
ReplyDeleteBritt, thank you. I love that you have a wrist tattoo that says 'You Are Enough'. What a great reminder. Feel free, and print these off, and keep them as little reminders. Thanks for stopping by.
