Atlas Tea Club- Tea from Thailand

Hello everyone! I was delighted when the lovely people at Atlas Tea Club contacted me again to try out some more amazing tea. I really enjoyed the first tea box they sent me, and you can read all about that experience in my blog post titled "Atlas Tea Club - My Tea Box Review." I'm excited to share my personal experience and love for this tea from Thailand.

Atlas Tea Club takes you on a journey exploring different teas from around the world. With each box, you get to discover new flavors, cultures, and communities with every sip. Each month, you can explore a new country and its tea culture. Make sure to check them out and browse their wonderful selection of tea.

I'd like to start off by saying that I loved the new packaging. The packaging was beautiful, vibrant, and unique. After receiving my package, I visited their website to check out more of the new packaging designs, and I absolutely loved it. It really adds a nice touch, and it definitely stands out.

Tea from Thailand

The tea I received was Gui Fei White, Golden Lily Green, and Honey Scent Black.

Gui Fei White

Pure White Tea

This tea is grown in the jungles of northern Thailand, which is just 240 km away from Yunnan, the birthplace of this tea. Tasting notes include honeydew, white grape, and olive oil. The color of this tea is beautiful. I allowed my tea to steep for 3 minutes and noticed the light rosy aroma. This tea is light and smooth, with a slight sweetness. It's perfect to enjoy on a nice, breezy afternoon.

Honey Scent Black

Pure black tea

Tasting notes: honey, orange blossom, and golden raisins. I found it fascinating that this tea gets its signature sweetness from an unlikely source - the microscopic bites of leafhoppers. This causes the tea leaves to release honey and rose fragrances. Isn't that amazing?

The tea was rich in color, resembling honey. Its aroma was fantastic. When I took my first sip, I noticed how smooth it was, almost like honey. Shortly after, I was amazed at how the orange blossom flavor really stood out.

Of the three teas, this one was my absolute favorite. I looked forward to sipping it during the morning hours.

Golden Lily Green

Pure green tea

Tasting notes of basil, lemongrass, and stone fruit were prominent in this tea. It had a dark green color and an earthy aroma. The tea felt light, and the scent was sweet. Each sip was refreshing, and it had a nice combination of earthy and fruity flavors.

I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to try this amazing tea from Thailand. It was a great experience to taste the flavors and learn about the culture of Thailand and its tea-making techniques. I would like to express my gratitude to Atlas Tea Club for providing me with this wonderful tea and an amazing experience!

Be  sure to check them out over at https://atlasteaclub.com/

“A great idea should always be left to steep like loose tea leaves in a teapot for a while to make sure that the tea will be strong enough and that the idea truly is a great one.”
