Life lately... Arriving at the doctor's... Patiently waiting in the waiting room... Little busy hands.. (We held off on telling people right away.) Surprise!!!  Baby #2   (Test was taken on January 11, 2014) I had my very first visit January 30th. We're all so very excited, and our little one is ready to be a big sister.. Now we patiently wait for my next Dr. visit. 

We recently took a trip to our bookstore. -I was interested in the glass stone kit they had on their clearance shelf. So lately we have enjoyed painting and creating art on glass stone. I've also enjoyed some time working with my beads, and stamp kit. It has continued to snow here in Colorado, and now that the snow has started to melt...we are being told it will start up again tomorrow night through the rest of the week. Our time is spent indoors. I've been making us sandwiches; sliced tomatoes, lettuce, Turkey- deli meat, banana peppers, and a few other goodies. We picked up a loaf of Italian seasoned bread from the deli, and oh boy, it was delicious! Life has been pretty simple, with a few changes. -I'm so thankful for each new day.

I'm longing for sunny days, shorts, blended drinks, outdoor bubble blowing, sidewalk chalk doodling, and colorful flowers in my garden. -It's all so refreshing to me. I enjoy warmer days. Hummingbirds in the garden. Our daughter runs through the grass, and simply enjoys her time being a kid. I enjoy my time in my garden planting and pruning. Gathering up fresh vegetables, washing, and preparing them for our meals. -I miss all of this. The weather is still cold here in Colorado, but I'm looking forward to sunny days! -It's all just so refreshing.

We woke in the morning, and our daughter was thrilled to see a snowy day. It's a cold  day , and we have been spending our time indoors.  -Creating, stamping, and rolling play dough, painting, baking banana bread, playing with cars, and enjoying some simple pasta.  I'm really enjoying our time inside on this cold day . {Play dough press on nails?} haha :) {Snuggles with little lamb} {Fun time with play cars} {preparing some simple pasta} {Art time} {Baking banana bread} {Milk and Banana bread}  It's been a good day.

Lately...  I've been sipping on hot tea, with lemon and honey. I'm generally not picky when it comes down to tea, but I have been drinking decaf.  -This has been my evening pick-me-up drink. Hot, and simply soothing.  It snowed for one day. Our pug is not a fan of the snow; so when it snows he makes his way out in a hurry and runs in as soon as possible. On this day we decided to have a play date with a friend and her son. It was nice. -The little ones had so much fun. And it's so nice sitting, enjoying the adult conversation.  Morning time, I spend it preparing breakfast for my little picky eater. -Apples, waffles, and yogurt. She seems to enjoy dipping her apples into her yogurt. After breakfast, we work on a simple craft. -I take this quiet time for just my daughter, and me. -It's very peaceful. We have been going onto her Abcmouse.com. We have been learning about opposites and enjoying our time reading a few of our favorite boo...
