Maraca fun.


I've seen so many creative ways to make maracas, and I thought this one was great! We have two sets of store-bought maracas. I  wanted something my daughter could make, and later have fun with. 
My daughter took a few different sharpies and created art on the plastic eggs. Once she was done, we filled them up with macaroni noodles. (Which I forgot to mention as one of the things needed in the picture above) 
Below you can view the video we played and danced to. We had a lovely time.

  5. My kids are 15-22, so it's been a long time since we've made musical instruments. But these are awesome! I'll have to remember this in a few years when we have grandkids to play with. Love them!
