-Take some time and think of how fortunate and blessed you are to enjoy this new day.
- Wake early one morning and watch the sunrise. I swear sunrises are so beautiful and don't forget to watch the sunset.
-Keep a journal. I keep a personal journal and I also keep two journals for my girls. I fill it with funny, joyful, and happy memories. I want them to be able to look back and see all the memories we made throughout their life.
-Live with no regrets. Seriously, just live your life!
-Laugh more! I'm always laughing. I really just love to laugh.
- Enjoy simple moments... 
- Watch a movie outdoors
-BBQ with friends
-Go on a nature hike
-Enjoy a picnic 
-Fly a kite
-Keep positive uplifting thoughts nearby.
-Be happy in this life.
-Choose to inspire others.
