  2. These are all great questions to ponder in anyone's journey of self-discovery. I find the best opportunities to address these is during peaceful times when you are not rushed and can indulge in some reflection. Those are times when I think you can obtain great clarity, especially when out in nature, overlooking some beautiful spot.

  3. I started a gratitude journal this month and love it. It's making me want to do more journal writing - something I haven't done in too long. These are some really great prompts to get started and put ink to paper some important life moments, memories, feelings etc that can easily get lost (and forgotten) in our hectic lives! Thanks so much for sharing!

  5. We all have our strength and weaknesses, most of the time we forget the strength and focus on our weakness too much. This is why we think that we are not good enough sometimes. Good post

  6. I journal almost daily, sometimes twice a day. It is my form of meditation (although I am really planning to start meditating as well) and it really helps me clear my head and figure out what it is that I think or feel. I usually do steam of consciousness journaling, however, I find having writing prompts such as these are a great way to keep your journaling more focused.

  11. Two aspects that got me thinking the most are so very important in the context of the world we are living in right now. A memory or rather memories that I can't let go off,the happy memories. And what make me smile which is so much required not only now but always in our life.

  13. These are wonderful prompts. As a "solid" memory-keeper, scrapbooker, and journaler, I feel like the "get to know you" aspects of these things can sometimes be lost or forgotten, so I love these ways to get you going and to connect with yourself! Pinning!

Spring Refresh: Mini Clip Photo Frame Hack for Seasonal Decor

  Are you ready to spruce up your living space this spring? If yes, I have an easy and inexpensive DIY project for you. We will use one of Dollar Tree's mini clip photo frames to create a mini spring display that will complement your existing spring decor. This fun craft project can also be added to a tiered tray.  I'll provide you with a full list of materials below. Materials needed Mini clip photo frame Acrylic paint Decorative floral napkin  Mod Podge  Paintbrush Optional paper flower embellishment/magnet for hanging on the refrigerator Letter stamps and stamp ink pad Scissors Step One: Applying Paint to the Photo Frame Start by taking a paintbrush and applying paint to the frame. I chose to paint my frame white. It took me about two coats of paint to give it complete coverage. Set your frame aside and let it dry.
