  2. These are all great questions to ponder in anyone's journey of self-discovery. I find the best opportunities to address these is during peaceful times when you are not rushed and can indulge in some reflection. Those are times when I think you can obtain great clarity, especially when out in nature, overlooking some beautiful spot.

These are some really great prompts to get started and put ink to paper some important life moments, memories, feelings etc that can easily get lost (and forgotten) in our hectic lives! Thanks so much for sharing!

  6. I journal almost daily, sometimes twice a day. It is my form of meditation (although I am really planning to start meditating as well) and it really helps me clear my head and figure out what it is that I think or feel. I usually do steam of consciousness journaling, however, I find having writing prompts such as these are a great way to keep your journaling more focused.

DIY Tea Tin Planter for Sweet Mint

Today’s tiny DIY win: turning an empty lemon‑ginger tea tin into a planter for a sweet mint plant that needed some love. I cleaned the tin, added drainage, and nestled the mint inside. I used an organic fruit and vegetable wash, but you can make your own if you don't have it.   - 1  tablespoon of mulling spice    I used the Spice Islands mulling kit.   -  1 infuser ball    - 1 tea bag      For this recipe, I used one BIGELOW Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea bag.   -  1 teaspoon of honey    You can adjust the amount based on your preferred level of sweetness. Preparing Your Tea   Start by boiling a cup of water. Once it's hot, add your infuser ball filled with mulling spices and let it steep for about 3 minutes. After that, add...
