    I used to love Baklava before I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease unfortunately I haven't been able to find a gluten free one.

We experienced a few rainy days, and I managed to do some weeding in my gardens. How was your week? I wanted to share this picture of one of the squirrels that visits our porch. I am always looking for new breakfast ideas, and these days, I have plenty of time to experiment in the kitchen. These breakfast recipes are easy to make and only require a few ingredients.
