Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well. We had a wonderful time during our staycation, and you can read about it in my post titled "Lately: Things That Have Made My Heart Happy." The weather was definitely hot during our trip! Tomorrow it cools down to mid-40s. How is the weather where you live? I can't wait to see what you all share this week. As always, thank you for being a part of the party. I truly appreciate you!

Congratulations to our featured bloggers

Lisa Notes – “Do You Assume the Best or the Worst?”

Lisa shares a beautiful reminder about slowing down and choosing kindness. Her story really makes you think about how much lighter life feels when we give others grace. Such a heartfelt read.

Amy’s Creative Pursuits – “How to Style a Dough Bowl for Easter.”

Amy put together the sweetest Easter dough bowl using simple pieces she already had. It’s soft, springy, and full of charm — the kind of project that makes you want to gather a few items and start decorating right away.

Within a World of My Own – “The Two Seasons of St. Paul, Minnesota.”

Sally takes us along for a fun look at two of St. Paul’s big celebrations — the State Fair and the Winter Carnival. Her photos and stories capture the energy, the traditions, and the joy of each season so well.

Food Nutters – “Crackling Cookies With Sesame Seeds.”

These savory crackling cookies are such a unique little treat. Crispy, flavorful, and topped with sesame seeds — a perfect recipe for anyone who enjoys trying something different in the kitchen.

Easy Floral Decoupage Idea for Faux Pumpkin Display

Hi everyone! I'm excited to share a simple and easy floral pumpkin design you can create quickly. Today, we will make a faux floral pumpkin display using decoupage and a few additional designs. I'm reusing a foam pumpkin that I bought at Dollar Tree. If you’re ready, let’s begin creating an easy floral decoupage faux pumpkin display! Quick video tutorial **Materials needed:** - Acrylic paint - Paintbrush - Floral napkin - Faux pearls - Faux flowers - Craft knife - Scissors - Mod Podge Carefully remove the top of your pumpkin. I used my craft knife to go around the top section, creating a hole at the top. Using a paintbrush, apply acrylic paint to the pumpkin. I chose to paint mine black. Next, use scissors to cut out a few flowers from your napkin. Make sure to remove the second layer of the napkin before cutting out the designs.   Once you have your floral designs cut out, use a paintbrush to apply Mod Podge to the pumpkin. While the Mod Podge is wet, add the floral napkin c...
