Here are 20 ways to boost your mood and have a better day:

1. Take a relaxing shower and add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to it.

2. Write down a list of things you want to accomplish today and check them off as you complete them.

3. Drink a glass of lemon or lime water to stay hydrated.

4. Let some sunlight in by opening all windows when the sun is out to brighten up your space and your mood.

5. Light a candle with a scent that you enjoy to create a cozy atmosphere.

6. Grab a good book and read it to cheer yourself up.

7. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on your porch when the weather is nice.

8. Prepare a healthy snack platter with fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
