  2. When I ate breakfast I'd either have oatmeal or a smoothie. Now I'm often too nauseous for food in the morning.

  10. I love these ideas, esp all the ones that include toast (I am more for savory than sweet!) I only eat breakfast when I am in hotels and I can go crazy on buffets... in real life I usually intermittent fast until as late as possible, mostly 1pm or so. And that is when this would come in handy, as I like to break my fast with breakfast type foods! Thank you for putting it together in a list!

  12. Great ideas! I'm currently addicted to overnight oats. Make my own blend with oats, coconut flakes, raisins and seeds, ad some to a mason jar and cover with milk and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, I warm it up and add berries. Lovely start to the day.

  15. I absolutely LOVE oatmeal. I enjoy the fact that you can change up the taste so easily by adding different ingredients. My favourites are maple and brown sugar (with real Canadian maple syrup) and berry!

  16. Like any good millennial, I choose Breakfast Nr 10 (minus the ham)! In fact, I even dreamed about avocados last night. Guess it's been too long since I've had any! Thanks for these great ideas, they will definitely make breakfast super varied.

  17. I've never been a big breakfast fan in general. Every once in a while my husband will take me out to breakfast If we're going out in the morning for some reason, and I generally go for some diced ham and scrambled eggs. If I'm at home and wanting breakfast, I'll grab yogurt. The big thing for me is breakfast always seems heavy, and I just want to take a nap instead of having energy to get through the day. Your suggestions seem like they would be much better in that regard, nothing weighing me down. I'll have to give some of these a try!

  18. Great ideas! I am never enough of breakfast options because for me breakfast is the main meal of the day. Thank you so much making it as a list

  19. If you ask me I love almost all the options. I would only add some variety of eggs to them everyday. The pick of the lot for me would be Sausage, scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, black pepper and diced ham followed by Blueberries, vanilla yogurt, granola and an English muffin. Would add an omelette.

  20. Yup, these breakfasts sound healthy, yummy, and filling. They also can probably be swapped according to people's particular diets.

  21. These are great ideas! I love Greek yogurt with fruit. Since visiting Europe a year ago, I have started making my own muesli for yogurt, too. It's similar to granola, only without the sugar/honey and oil. I do like oatmeal and smoothies, too. Thank you for sharing this post at the Will Blog for Comments #22 linkup. Hope to see you there next week, too. Have a great week!

The first one shows one of our lovely hummingbirds relaxing on the swing near the feeder. I love watching them from our dining room window. In the second photo, we had another visitor at the feeder, and the sunlight shining through the window that evening was absolutely beautiful. I'd say this week was a nice one. DIY Floral Wooden Jack‑O’‑Lanterns (Easy Fall Decor)

I’ve been having so much fun creating fall projects this year. These floral wooden jack‑o’‑lanterns  started as simple wooden pumpkins, but with a few pretty transfers and some soft paint colors, they turned into the sweetest little fall accents. I love how the florals give them a cozy, cottage‑style feel while still keeping that classic jack‑o’‑lantern charm. They’re quick to make, easy to customize, and such a cute way to add a warm autumn touch to your home. Materials Wooden pumpkin cutouts Floral transfers Acrylic paint (your chosen colors) Gold acrylic paint Green acrylic paint Mini dowels Hot glue gun + glue sticks Small wooden stands Brown acrylic paint Paintbrushes   Add the floral transfers I started by placing my floral transfers onto each wooden pumpkin, just arranging them until they felt right. Once they were where I wanted them, I used a little rubbing tool to press them down and transfer the design onto the wood. Take your time with this part — slow, even pressu...

Photowall, A Swedish Wall Art Company: A Collaboration Post

Photowall  is a Swedish wall art company that creates beautiful murals, wallpaper, framed prints, canvas designs, custom designs, and much more.  Their products can bring inspiration, beauty, and a unique touch to any space. Learn more about Photowall Source Source I was thrilled when I was contacted to collaborate with their company. After viewing their website and looking through their product line, I just knew I would love my very own canvas design for my home. Our oldest daughter is in love with all things that pertain to space. They had a full selection of space designs. So, after going through a few pages of their canvas designs, we found a design that was perfect for her. I placed my order with them, and my order arrived within a few short days. Once our product arrived, my husband unboxed the product, and we were impressed with how everything was in order in the box. All the hardware, wooden frame pieces, instructions, and canvas were ...
