Write down 5 positive thoughts to take with you through the day.

-Today I will accomplish...

-Today is a beautiful day to...
-I will nourish my body...



3. Refresh your space and outlook

Open windows.-Let in some sunshine.
Let the sun gently kiss your skin while you read something inspiring.




4.  Just go with the flow

Don't overcomplicate your thoughts. If you have a plan for the day, go with it. If not, that's okay! - Just go with the flow.  A new day, new you, and so many new opportunities!



5.  Be present in these moments

Be present in each of these moments. 
Set out to have a beautiful day.  
Just slow done. Take the morning in, and make way for a beautiful day.

    More often than not our mornings determine our days and it is so important to start them on a positive note. These quotes are beautiful. I sometimes get up late and then rush through my morning but sometimes I get up, do some yoga, meditate and affirm and then have that slow cup of coffee with some light reading. As you say, it creates a positive mindset for the day. We need to consciously choose such morning. A great reminder.

    I have always been a morning person as I find I get so much more done that way, and it sets me up to have a better day. Love some of these quotes as they help start you off well with a healthy outlook. The more positive you are, the more likely you will attract the same back to you. Lovely post.

Stay-at-Home Summer Fun: Activities for a Memorable Season

Today, I'm excited to share some creative and enjoyable activities that you can try in the comfort of your own home. 1. Backyard Camping Adventure:    Set up a tent in your backyard or indoors if you don’t have outdoor space.    Gather cozy blankets, pillows, and sleeping bags.    Roast marshmallows over a portable fire pit or stovetop.    Share stories under the starry sky. 2. DIY Water Balloon event and water stations:    Fill up colorful water balloons and have an epic water balloon event with family or friends.  Set up “bases” and create teams for added excitement.
