  2. More often than not our mornings determine our days and it is so important to start them on a positive note. These quotes are beautiful. I sometimes get up late and then rush through my morning but sometimes I get up, do some yoga, meditate and affirm and then have that slow cup of coffee with some light reading. As you say, it creates a positive mindset for the day. We need to consciously choose such morning. A great reminder.

  3. I have always been a morning person as I find I get so much more done that way, and it sets me up to have a better day.
