My experience with Boiron Acidil Meltaway Tablets

I love spicy food, and my love for spicy food really brings on some serious heartburn. As soon as I start to experience the onset of symptoms I make sure to start my meltaway tablets. Following the instructions on the box, I dissolve 2 tablets every 15 minutes for an hour. The first time I used this product, I didn't notice much of a difference.

I decided to try it again, and see if maybe I would see a noticeable difference with the second use. I did notice that when I used it the second time around I was better able to manage my heartburn. To use, simply place tablets under your tongue, and allow them to dissolve. The tablets are small in size (about a quarter inch in diameter), and also they are unflavored.

I love that I was able to take my tablets on the go. It really comes in handy when I am out visiting with a friend, and need relief when I experience heartburn or any indigestion issues. With this product, I can still enjoy my favorite foods and beverages! A favorite recipe that I enjoy making is my spicy brunch potato mix. This recipe is simple and so delicious. I'm so excited that I can enjoy this delicious recipe even more with the help of Boiron Acidil meltaway tablets. Comfort food without discomfort. You can enjoy this simple recipe too!

  8. I have never heard of Boiron before, but it sounds like an excellent product. I also prefer homeopathic remedies for things like this, so I'm definitely interested to try it out. Spicy food is always a favorite for me. I make a ridiculously spicy salsa that is delicious. So of course, I eat a ton of it and then hate myself later when the heartburn comes to get me. Lol. These would definitely be worth it to skip that last part when eating foods like that.

Colorful Summer Flower: Recycled Paper Towel DIY

Looking to bring a little sunshine into your space without visiting the craft store? This whimsical summer flower decoration makes great use of what you already have—think beads, pom poms, a humble paper towel tube, and a splash of acrylic paint. Bonus: it’s the perfect way to reuse an old frame and welcome summer in style! What You’ll Need: 1 paper towel tube (emptied, of course!) Acrylic paint (I chose a deeper pink) Craft pom poms (yellow makes a great center!) Assorted beads (medium for the stem, smaller for embellishing the petals) Foam letters (for your summer message) A reused frame (square or any shape of your choice) Scissors Hot glue gun Creating your summer flower decoration Cut the Tube and Shape the Petals :  Start by cutting the paper towel tube into four evenly-sized sections. Each section will serve as a petal. You should be left with four rings. Next, flatten each ring, then gently reshape it to form soft ovals. These will mimic delicate flower...

DIY Tea Tin Planter for Sweet Mint

Today’s tiny DIY win: turning an empty lemon‑ginger tea tin into a planter for a sweet mint plant that needed some love. I cleaned the tin, added drainage, and nestled the mint inside. It instantly brightened up the space — the colors on the tin and the fresh green leaves look so sweet together. I love giving everyday items a second life, especially when they end up this cute. Quick Video Tutorial  I began this little project by cleaning out an empty metal tea container that I had saved. It still held a soft scent of lemon and ginger, and I loved the idea of giving it a second life. Once I washed and dried it, the container felt ready for a new purpose.   Next, I used a finishing nail and a hammer to create a few drainage holes in the bottom of the tin. Since metal containers don’t have natural drainage, this step helps keep the roots healthy and prevents the soil from becoming soggy. Having prepared the container, I carefully removed the sweet mint from its original pot. The ...
