Super Easy Dollar Tree Spring Flower Display

Are you looking to add a pop of color to your home or create a simple Spring flower display? Then this super easy DIY project is perfect for you! Using affordable items from Dollar Tree, you can create a beautiful and budget-friendly spring flower display that will add a touch of charm to your home decor. Follow these simple step-by-step instructions and get inspired to create a stunning display.

Materials Required:

- Artificial flowers of your choice. I selected a few purples, lighter pinks, and some white flowers.

- 1 vase or candle holder. They have different colors and styles to choose from. I found the pink glass candle holder perfect for my project.


Steps to create a flower display:

1. Arrange your flowers by placing some leaves and a few smaller flowers in the front of your display.

2. Place a few of your white flowers in the middle.

3. Fill both sides and back of your display with purple and pink flowers.

4. Finally, add your green leaves to the back of your display.

Fun with popsicle sticks...and more!

Since my daughter and I didn't make it out to the library, we did our own craft, and story time. (Which in my opinion is the best) :) Today we made popsicle stick frames, with a message. It was so much fun. For this craft the materials you need are: -Popsicle sticks -Hot glue gun -Paint -Markers/crayons -Construction paper (and scissors) 1.Start off by making a frame out of your popsicle sticks. Glue the corners together. I went ahead and made a message on construction paper to glue on to the back of the frame. (You will have to cut it to fit the frame. 2.Once that is done, paint your frame. (Have fun with it!) My daughter had so much fun with all the different colors. :) 3.Now once that is finished make a T-shape out of two popsicle sticks. (This is for the stand for the back of the frame.) Glue both sticks together, and glue it to the back of the construction paper. You're all done! DIY Tea Tin Planter for Sweet Mint

Today’s tiny DIY win: turning an empty lemon‑ginger tea tin into a planter for a sweet mint plant that needed some love. I cleaned the tin, added drainage, and nestled the mint inside. It instantly brightened up the space — the colors on the tin and the fresh green leaves look so sweet together. I love giving everyday items a second life, especially when they end up this cute. Quick Video Tutorial  I began this little project by cleaning out an empty metal tea container that I had saved. It still held a soft scent of lemon and ginger, and I loved the idea of giving it a second life. Once I washed and dried it, the container felt ready for a new purpose.   Next, I used a finishing nail and a hammer to create a few drainage holes in the bottom of the tin.
