Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #9

Hello everyone! I hope this message finds you in wonderful spirits. How have you been spending your time lately? Personally, I am thrilled to share that we are almost finished with the repairs on our house. While home improvement projects can be quite enjoyable, they can also be quite overwhelming at times. As the weather has cooled down, we are anticipating a freeze tonight that will continue into Saturday. Before the freeze sets in, we need to blow out the sprinklers and tidy up my garden.

Moving on, let's discuss some of the wonderful highlights from last week's party.

Congratulations to our featured bloggers

Easy DIY Springtime Wooden Beehive Decoration Materials One wooden beehive decoration Wooden oval piece Scrap wood or a wooden rectangular section Mod podge-optional Acrylic paint Faux Floral Hot glue Paintbrush Wooden letters Adding paint to the wooden decoration Start by applying your paint to your wooden beehive decoration. Adding paint to wooden letters Next, take your black paint and apply it to your wooden letters. 2 Easy Ways to Upcycle Glass Jars into DIY Candle Lanterns

I love taking something I already have around the house and giving it a little new life. These two jars started out plain and simple, but with a bit of gallery glass paint, a few butterfly stickers, and some gems, they turned into the sweetest little candle holders. They’re soft, colorful, and full of that handmade charm — the kind of gift that feels personal and thoughtful without being tied to any specific occasion. I used battery‑operated candles inside each jar, which gives them a warm, cozy glow while keeping things safe and easy. They’re perfect for gifting or adding a gentle touch of light to your own space. Video tutorial coming soon... Sometimes the smallest projects bring the softest kind of joy. In today’s quick video, I’m sharing how I decorated a few glass candle holders using paint, stickers, and little gem accents. Easy Faux Floral Centerpiece

There’s something so satisfying about taking a simple little Dollar Tree crate — especially one that’s already lived a previous craft life — and turning it into something elegant and fresh. This easy faux floral centerpiece came together in just a few minutes, and it’s the perfect project if you want a pretty pop of color without spending much at all. Quick video tutorial coming soon Materials I Used One Dollar Tree wooden crate (mine was already painted black from an older craft) Twine Faux florals in light and dark pinks One foam block (pre‑cut or trimmed to fit) One artificial topiary bunny (optional, but adorable) Adhesive of your choice Floral cutters How to Make It Step 1: Wrap the Twine Start by wrapping twine around the top section of your crate. I like to keep it simple — just a few neat wraps to add a little rustic texture against the black paint. Tie it off in the back or secure the ends with a dab of adhesive so everything stays in place. Step 2: Add the Foam and Florals Pl...
