    This is wonderful, Stephanie! My daughter would enjoy using a form when she plays "doctor" with her babies or animals. We have the same doctor kit. She puts the blood pressure cuff around her baby's waist and says she's checking her "belly pressure."

    Oh my goodness! This is the cutest thing ever. My daughter's just got a whole doctor kit for Christmas and they will LOVE this! Thanks for sharing Stephanie :)

    This is great Stephanie! Thank you so much! I have it printing right now. My daughter will love it. She likes paperwork and we need to fill up forms for her services. I'm sure she will enjoy completing this for her vet office.

    My daughters, ages 7 and 9, play mostly with American Girl Dolls and stuffed animals. I am certain they will both enjoy this veterinarian pretend play sheet. I printed it out! Thank you very much! I visited via bloggy moms, and I hope you will return the visit if you find time! Mom's Got Mail

Hi there, I hope everything is going well for you. Today, I want to share with you a simple upcycling holiday craft idea. The three main materials you will need for this craft are a bowl, a cork, and some wintery foliage. I used a cork lid from a salt bottle that I had kept, and a pink bowl I had bought a few months ago for just 50 cents.
