Gardening/grilling/painting/relaxing/playing/exploring/sunshine/laughter/together/enjoying

May has arrived and we're thrilled. With all that has happened, our truck needing a new transmission and my old camera breaking, we have been fortunate to get things under control. Our truck is currently in the process of being worked on and I was able to purchase a new camera. 

Lately, we have enjoyed more simple things. Things aren't as hectic and everyone is smiling. -That of course is always a good thing. I enjoy my time out gardening and my daughter enjoys helping with the flowers. Evenings are spent out on the back porch.-Grilling and catching up over refreshing drinks. 

Indoors we enjoy painting, singing, baking, building blocks, and knocking them down. -We all have a good time! Baby girl #2 has been kicking, especially at night. I enjoy these moments. Her sister sings to her and shares her day with her. I can't help but smile. 

May has arrived and so have warm sunshine days. I'm grateful for these simple days. -Welcome May.

    I'm glad things are going a little more smoothly now. I'm sure it was stressful but it can only be easier from here. I'm so glad to hear about the kicking! What a wonderful time, I know you are cherishing it.

    Glad that everything is looking up right now. I know when something bad happens it just seems like the hits keep coming. It's true that keeping it simple really does make life easier and happier!

Simple Diy Autumn Floral Arrangement

  This simple Autumn floral arrangement takes just a few materials.  And is a beautiful addition to any space!  Materials needed 1 metal pitcher -The metal pitcher that I am using was purchased at Target and was $3. 1 lighted leaf garland - I purchased this lighted leaf garland at my local Michael's Store It takes two double A batteries. 1  can of spray paint I wanted to add some color to my pitcher. For my pitcher, I am using spray paint purchased at my local Michael's store. The color is Espresso.
