My thoughts on this product

I really appreciate the convenience of the pouches in this product. They make it so easy to take on the go and enjoy while I'm out. As a busy mom, anything that helps me make healthier choices and simplifies my life is a bonus! I've tried other protein products that don't mix well and leave a gritty or grainy texture, but Fuel for Fire has a consistency like applesauce and eliminates that problem.

Each pouch contains between 203mg to 406mg of potassium, which is less than a banana's 422mg. The flavors are fantastic! My favorite is the coffee flavor. I already love coffee, so I was excited to try it. The available flavors are coffee, banana cocoa, sweet potato apple, strawberry banana, and tropical. I appreciate that this product is made with 100% real fruit puree.

Other great uses for this product:
  • Feeling your best after exercising. Giving you a natural boost in energy!
  • To refuel and replenish. This will allow you to keep going stronger, and longer.
  • This makes a great, healthy snack for the kiddos too!
  • Convenient and easy to take while on the go.
