  2. These are all great questions to ponder in anyone's journey of self-discovery. I find the best opportunities to address these is during peaceful times when you are not rushed and can indulge in some reflection. Those are times when I think you can obtain great clarity, especially when out in nature, overlooking some beautiful spot.

  3. I started a gratitude journal this month and love it. It's making me want to do more journal writing - something I haven't done in too long. 6. I journal almost daily, sometimes twice a day. It is my form of meditation (although I am really planning to start meditating as well) and it really helps me clear my head and figure out what it is that I think or feel. I usually do steam of consciousness journaling, however, I find having writing prompts such as these are a great way to keep your journaling more focused.

  17. Congrats about being featured at SSPS#418 for "Journal Prompts for Self-Discovery." The twenty you wrote are so interesting. It reminds me of a book I wrote and published called "Colors of Joy: A Woman's Guide for Self-Discovery, Balance, and Bliss." It's out of print now, but my woman's self-care journal posed similiar questions. Thanks for sharing Stephanie. Have a great evening.

    1. Nancy, thank you. When I wrote this post back in 2020, I honestly did not expect it to help so many people. How wonderful that you have a book that also helps people with self-care. 😊 Thank you for visiting.

Easy Floral Decoupage Idea for Faux Pumpkin Display

Hi everyone! I'm excited to share a simple and easy floral pumpkin design you can create quickly. Today, we will make a faux floral pumpkin display using decoupage and a few additional designs. I'm reusing a foam pumpkin that I bought at Dollar Tree. If you’re ready, let’s begin creating an easy floral decoupage faux pumpkin display! Quick video tutorial **Materials needed:** - Acrylic paint - Paintbrush - Floral napkin - Faux pearls - Faux flowers - Craft knife - Scissors - Mod Podge Carefully remove the top of your pumpkin. I used my craft knife to go around the top section, creating a hole at the top. Using a paintbrush, apply acrylic paint to the pumpkin. I chose to paint mine black. Next, use scissors to cut out a few flowers from your napkin. Make sure to remove the second layer of the napkin before cutting out the designs.   Once you have your floral designs cut out, use a paintbrush to apply Mod Podge to the pumpkin. While the Mod Podge is wet, add the floral napkin c...
