The Crazy Little Lovebirds Link Party 120

Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #120! This party offers a platform for sharing inspiring content, including recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home décor, and other uplifting ideas.

**A Quick Note About the Party:** The party will remain open until December 26th of this month. Typically, each person shares three posts, but you are welcome to revisit and add more if you'd like during this time. If we reach 50 posts, the party will close at that point. If not, it will stay open until the 26th and will reopen on Friday, January 2, 2026.

I hope you are all doing well. I can’t believe this month is almost over, and a new year is just around the corner. If I had to describe this year in one word, it would be "growth."  I've encountered many beautiful experiences that have created cherished memories. I hope this year has treated you well. As you head into the new year, remember that you are loved. I am truly thankful for each of you. Thank you for joining the party each week and sharing your wonderful posts. You are all amazing!

This week, while I was getting an estimate for our fence repair, a little squirrel popped his head over the fence with a peanut in his mouth. I took a picture and then used a filter on my phone to add two different hat styles for him to wear. I did this for my youngest daughter, and I hope it brings a smile to your face, just as it did to mine!

Colorful Summer Flower: Recycled Paper Towel DIY

Looking to bring a little sunshine into your space without visiting the craft store? This whimsical summer flower decoration makes great use of what you already have—think beads, pom poms, a humble paper towel tube, and a splash of acrylic paint. Bonus: it’s the perfect way to reuse an old frame and welcome summer in style! What You’ll Need: 1 paper towel tube (emptied, of course!) Acrylic paint (I chose a deeper pink) Craft pom poms (yellow makes a great center!) Assorted beads (medium for the stem, smaller for embellishing the petals) Foam letters (for your summer message) A reused frame (square or any shape of your choice) Scissors Hot glue gun Creating your summer flower decoration Cut the Tube and Shape the Petals :  Start by cutting the paper towel tube into four evenly-sized sections. Each section will serve as a petal. You should be left with four rings. Next, flatten each ring, then gently reshape it to form soft ovals. These will mimic delicate flower...

The Crazy Little Lovebirds Link Party 81

Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #81! This party provides a platform for sharing inspiring content such as recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home decor, and other uplifting  ideas. Hi everyone, happy Spring! I hope you all had a great week. This week, my girls started their spring break. We enjoyed an eventful few days with our weather changing—wind, snow, rain, and more wind! Next week looks like we'll experience some temperatures in the 70s—fingers crossed!  I had a dental appointment and needed work on one tooth. I always dread those visits, but it was necessary. Now I'm ready to take it easy this weekend. I hope you all had a wonderful week! Congratulations to our featured bloggers   Amy from Amy's Creative Pursuits shared a post highlighting her adventures in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Head over to her blog to read about the Elk Antler Arches and how they spent their time there. Lisa from Lisa Notes shared a post titled "What If Your Body ...

Succulent Centerpiece using Dollar Tree Items

Looking to add some greenery to your space?  Hello everyone! Today, we’re going to create a quick and simple succulent display using a round baking pan from Dollar Tree. I completed this craft a while ago, but forgot to share it with you. It's an easy project, and all the materials—except for the spray paint—were purchased at Dollar Tree. You can make this lovely decoration in just 10 minutes. Let’s get started on this succulent decoration together! Materials -One baking pan -Spray paint -Stones/rocks -Crushed glass -Artificial succulents -One glass candle holder Start by applying spray paint to the baking pan. I had a bronze color from a previous project, and it would be a great opportunity to use it again. When applying spray paint, make sure to cover the surrounding area and ensure that the space is well-ventilated.  Once you have painted the pan, allow the paint to dry. I used a heating tool to speed up the drying process, but if you prefer, you can let it air dry, which m...
