Today is the day God blessed us with you. Today our littlest baby turns five. Not quite a baby anymore, but you will always be my baby. My little darling, today you turned five. You are so loved. -Please never forget that. May you always go on in this world knowing just how much you are truly loved.  Your smile brightens our days, and your sweet laughter fills the rooms in our home. With each passing day, we build on new memories. You are smart. You are beautiful. And so full of creativity. Happy Birthday my little darling. May you continue to shine.  Summer. Our days are longer. Morning comes and goes, but I still make time for that first cup of coffee. It's dry out. And each day I keep my fingers crossed that it will rain.- So far we've been lucky enough to have a few rainy days. My flowers are blooming, but need some extra love. I fertilize when it's cooler, and water when it is needed.  Water play, bike rides, and library trips are enjoyed.- I cherish all these simple moments. I'm waiting for days to become a little cooler. Ah, Summer, having you around has been okay, but honestly, I'm ready for cooler days to stick around. ❤

Hello and happy spring to everyone! We have been busy getting ready for spring break, and this week we will be attending some events for the kids. Over the weekend, we made a few simple crafts that were so much fun and easy to create.  Below, you will find a list of the materials needed and the steps to create this simple craft. Enjoy reading! Materials needed Paper plates (I purchased these from Dollar Tree) String- Any will do. I used some leftover gift bag string Scissors Jewels/Gems (I found this bag of butterflies at Dollar Tree) Clear tape Hole puncher (I used my flower punch out) Creating your Spring hanging decoration This craft is pretty much hands-on for children.
