Sweet Tooth-Oat Banana Chocolate Cookies



Oat Banana Chocolate cookies

*Ingredients:*
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oats (if you want to make a larger batch, consider using 2 cups)
- Cacao dark chocolate chunks or milk chocolate chip morsels
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

*Instructions:*
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
3. Add the oats and vanilla extract (if using) to the mashed bananas, and mix well.
4. Gradually stir in the chocolate chunks or morsels.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for about 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Once done, remove from the oven and place the cookies on a cooling rack. Allow them to cool for about 5 minutes.

I promise these cookies are delicious and healthy! I stored my batch in the fridge, and it tastes great. This is a quick and easy way to prepare a simple sweet treat for everyone to enjoy!
