Pumpkin doughnuts.

I always bake pumpkin doughnuts around this time of year. It's simple and we really enjoy them with warm apple cider. My four-year-old helps me in the kitchen. I really enjoy this time. We bake and talk, and laughter fills the room. -Baking pumpkin doughnuts and making sweet memories. - This is definitely a moment worth cherishing.

Maybe you'll enjoy this simple recipe with your family...

Baked pumpkin doughnuts.

You will need:

1 doughnut pan
nonstick baking spray or oil to grease your pan.

Dry ingredients:
1 cup of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup of light brown sugar
optional- a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon

Wet ingredients:
1 egg
1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of milk

Glaze
1/3 cup of confectioners sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of milk (or as needed)
Caramel syrup

Combine and mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Add in wet ingredients and gently mix. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Prepare a doughnut pan by spraying some nonstick spray. I used an olive oil spray. Add your doughnut mixture to a sandwich bag and cut off one corner of your bag.- This will make it easier to fill your doughnut pan. Once you are finished, place your doughnuts in the oven and bake for 9-10 minutes. Now you can start preparing your glaze. Add in confectioners sugar, cinnamon, and milk. Once out of the oven, spread some glaze and drizzle with caramel syrup.
Enjoy~

  8. You had me at pumpkin donuts! I am a huge pumpkin fan, and this will be a wonderful addition to my fall recipe box. I'm amazed at how simple this looks to make too. I'm not sure why, but whenever I think about donuts, they always seem like they would be complicated, and I think that's why I've always avoided them. But this recipe really makes me want to give it a try!

Hi there, I hope everything is going well for you. Today, I want to share with you a simple upcycling holiday craft idea. The three main materials you will need for this craft are a bowl, a cork, and some wintery foliage. I used a cork lid from a salt bottle that I had kept, and a pink bowl I had bought a few months ago for just 50 cents. You can easily put this project together in less than 15 minutes, and it looks absolutely beautiful once it's displayed. So, if you're ready, let's start creating! Here's what you'll need One bowl (any size works, I am using a smaller bowl for my design) Wintery faux foliage Cork (I am reusing a cork from a salt bottle) Hot glue Floral cutters (to cut foliage to size) Pinecones (optional) Attaching the cork to the bowl To begin, turn your bowl...
