Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #104! This party offers a platform for sharing inspiring content, including recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home décor, and other uplifting ideas.
It's Friday! How are you doing? This weekend, I plan to refresh a bistro set, and I might even start decorating my porch for Autumn.
My husband has picked up a new hobby—he's building a guitar from a kit he bought. He's already painted it, and we're really excited to see him start building it.
Some of you may remember when I mentioned his boss gave him an acoustic guitar, and for his birthday, I got him a bass guitar as well.
I'll share pictures when he's finished with his guitar! What are your plans for the weekend? I'd love to hear about them in the comments. :)
Two Chicks and a Mom shared their Mid-Century Modern Bathroom Re-do, and can we just admire the pop of color and cool accessories they added? Head over and check out their bathroom makeover.
Jennifer at Studio 27 shared her post Bundt Pan Outdoor Pumpkins, and they are so adorable! Visit her to see how to make yours today.

DeleteMy husband has taken a part time job for a few months, so our weekends are often worked around that new schedule. Guitars are quite collectible, it sounds like your husband is on his way! Thanks so much for the visit and the link-up, and yes those pumpkins are cute!
ReplyDeleteMelynda, it sounds like you all have things figured out while your husband works part-time. Yes, my husband has been enjoying it a lot. Hopefully, I will be able to share some photos soon. Thank you for joining us here.

DeleteWow, building a guitar sounds complicated Stephanie but interesting.
ReplyDeleteThis weekend I'm hosting a picnic afternoon tea for my grandson who just turned 18.
Blessings, Jennifer
Jennifer, luckily it's a kit, but you get to customize it. It comes in plain wood and has the pieces, but you paint, customize, and put it together. I'm glad it's his hobby and not mine, haha. Thank you so much for joining us here. Looking forward to reading your post. And happy 18th birthday to your grandson!
DeleteThat's pretty cool to build your own guitar! I think that even beats learning to play one. Thank you, Steph, for featuring our MCM Bathroom Redo--nice way to start our weekend. Have a great Labor Day weekend.
ReplyDeleteThank you. So far, he hasn't complained much with the process. Luckily, it's a kit, and you customize it, but it comes with the hardware; you eventually put it together. He's still customizing with paint. We enjoyed your post so much; your bathroom turned out so cool! Have a great Labor Day weekend.
DeleteHappy Friday Steph! Thanks so much for hosting and warm hospitality. I'm sitting at #21 this week.
ReplyDeletePaula, thank you for joining! Have a great weekend.
DeleteThanks so much for hosting!! So exciting that your husband is making a guitar. I had no idea you could actually buy a kit for that. Have fun with refreshing the bistro set.
ReplyDelete-Soma
Soma, thank you for joining us! Yes, they have a kit, and I was also surprised to see they had kits to build your own guitar. My husband is always finding something I was not aware of. Thank you, it's been a rainy few days, and I am hoping to repaint the bistro set tomorrow. I hope you are well. Take care.
