The Crazy Little Lovebirds Link Party 110

Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #110! This party offers a platform for sharing inspiring content, including recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home décor, and other uplifting ideas.

Hello everyone! How was your week? Is the weather cooling off where you live? I hope you are all doing well. Thank you to those who took the time to check out our Milwaukee trip post; your kindness and thoughtfulness mean a lot to me.

Last weekend, the girls and I harvested peppers from the garden. Before we left for our trip to Milwaukee, we checked the garden and saw a few peppers; however, after our return, there were even more.

This weekend, we'll be doing some organizing and making repairs on a cracked section of our front porch.

As always, I appreciate each of you and thank you for joining us here every week. I enjoy reading all of your posts and am grateful to have you as part of this community!

    1. You're very welcome. Thank you; we were surprised at the amount of peppers that grew when we came back. Honestly, last year my peppers did not grow, so this was a pleasant surprise. Aw, how wonderful that your son is able to enjoy some peppers from the plant you gave him. 🙂

Delicious Fall Recipe: Roasting Pumpkin Seeds

🎃 Delicious Fall Recipe: Roasting Pumpkin Seeds If you're anything like me, your favorite season is Autumn, and I get excited when making fall snacks and new recipes. My family loves it when I roast pumpkin seeds for a quick and easy snack. Roasting pumpkin seeds is one of those simple pleasures that turns seasonal scraps into a crunchy, crave-worthy snack. Here's my step-by-step method—with measurements—to help you make the perfect batch. Step 1: Scoop Out the Seeds Begin by carefully using a sharp kitchen knife to slice off the top portion of your pumpkin, making your cut around the stem to create a wide enough opening for easy access to the interior.  Once the top is removed, reach inside the pumpkin to extract the seeds. You can do this with your bare hands, but I prefer wearing a latex glove to keep things clean and comfortable—though this step is entirely optional.  Alternatively, you can use tools like an ice cream scooper, a sturdy fork, or a specialized pumpkin seed...

Mini Halloween Chalkboards

Hi everyone! I'm excited to bring you this fun craft. This craft is perfect for Halloween, and you could definitely get your children to help and create as well. We are taking three mini chalkboards and decorating each one using felt stickers, crafts gems, and more! I purchased a pack of these mini chalkboards at my local Target in the Dollar spot.  Supplies Assorted craft gems Paint- Black, white, and orange Glitter glue, or glitter Felt Halloween stickers Wood word tiles--I purchased a pack at Walmart The ribbon is optional- I decided not to use it, but feel free to use it if you would like Paintbrush Hot glue Start by taking your frames and painting them black. For this craft, you will paint all three of your mini chalkboards black.  Working with the first design, use hot glue and add on your wood tile letters.  Next, take one felt sticker and add it to your mini chalkboard. I decided to use a ghost felt sticker on my first design. After, take your white paint an...

Keeping Blogging Positive: The Do’s and Don’ts of Community Support

The Do’s and Don’ts in a Blogging Community If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years of blogging, it’s that the community can be one of the best parts of the whole experience — when we’re actually supporting each other. Blogging isn’t just hitting publish and hoping someone reads it. It’s connecting, showing up for one another, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to share their voice. But let’s be honest: not every corner of the blogging world feels that way. Sometimes people forget that behind every blog is a real person doing their best. So I wanted to put together a simple, down‑to‑earth list of do’s and don’ts — the things that genuinely help build a positive blogging community, and the things that… well, don’t. Nothing complicated, nothing dramatic. Just the kind of common‑sense, supportive habits that make blogging more enjoyable for all of us. The Do’s: How We Can Lift Each Other Up Do show support in ways that feel natural to you Support doesn’t have to b...
