Do you have an old plastic container lying around? Before you throw it away, consider turning it into a lovely indoor flower display using artificial blooms. Upcycling everyday items helps reduce waste and adds a personal and creative touch to your home. Here’s how to transform a simple container into a charming floral piece that brightens up any space. Video tutorial Gather Your Materials Before you get started, make sure you have the following: A clean plastic container (any shape or size works!) The container I am using is round Artificial flowers (silk flowers work beautifully) Acrylic paint or spray paint Decorative elements (I am using decorative peel-and-stick paper) Hot glue Floral foam or pebbles (for stability), I am using floral foam Scissors Paintbrush or sponge brush Note: Apply a clear coat or acrylic sealer to protect the paint  from chipping, scratching, and fading. I hope you are all doing well. Do you have a garden or flowers blooming around your home? This week, my tulips have bloomed, and my clematis vines are starting to come back as well. I might need to help three of my vines by training them so they can cover the trellis they are currently growing on. I'm looking forward to the weekend! Easy Spring Decor: Wooden Bunny Hanging Plaque DIY

Hello everyone! Today, I’m excited to share a simple spring décor idea. I recently bought a wooden bunny plaque and wanted something easy yet perfect for a springtime display. So, I decided to do a quick paint-and-decorate tutorial using just a few materials I already had. This project is beginner-friendly and super easy to create, and you might already have these items at home. The bunny plaque was originally $3, but I got it for just $1—what a great deal! Quick Video tutorial Materials Needed: - One bunny plaque - Faux flowers - Acrylic paint - Paintbrush or sponge brush - Embellishments (such as gems, buttons, or stickers) - Hot glue - Floral cutters **Instructions:** Begin applying the acrylic paint using either a paintbrush or a sponge brush. I chose a brown color for my wooden bunny. To achieve a smoother application, I thinned the paint with a bit of water before applying it to the bunny. Allow the paint to dry completely.
