Hello sunshine!

Today was such a lovely day. While out I couldn't resist picking up some fresh flowers, so I did! I must have Spring fever or something. :) I'm sure it had to do with the wonderful weather we had here in Colorado today. It was a nice 70 degrees.

Today my daughter and I did some running around town, and enjoyed a nice lunch together. My husband made us some Chicken fajitas for dinner, and I must say it definitely hit the spot. How did you spend your day? (And how's the weather over where you are at?) Until next time, enjoy the rest of your evening.

I'm currently reading: Get your sparkle on, by Lindsay Cain.
(I'm hoping it helps motivate me to start beading again) Fingers crossed ;)

  2. So, today was library day. We went and returned/checked out more books. Finally got "Where the Wild Things Are." The baby enjoyed it but he likes books with dragons and cars more. Went to the park today were he picked up every single rock in the park he could find.....which was a lot since we don't have grass in AZ.

It was 90 and sunny today! :P

2 Easy Ways to Upcycle Glass Jars into DIY Candle Lanterns

I love taking something I already have around the house and giving it a little new life. These two jars started out plain and simple, but with a bit of gallery glass paint, a few butterfly stickers, and some gems, they turned into the sweetest little candle holders. They’re soft, colorful, and full of that handmade charm — the kind of gift that feels personal and thoughtful without being tied to any specific occasion. I used battery‑operated candles inside each jar, which gives them a warm, cozy glow while keeping things safe and easy. They’re perfect for gifting or adding a gentle touch of light to your own space. Video tutorial coming soon... Sometimes the smallest projects bring the softest kind of joy. In today’s quick video, I’m sharing how I decorated a few glass candle holders using paint, stickers, and little gem accents.
