DIY Colorful Summer Hanging Design

Hi everyone! This craft is simple, and so much fun. I recently found these assorted fruit stickers at my local Dollar Tree, and I figured I would use them when creating a summer craft. Today we're creating this colorful summer hanging design. I only had to purchase my stickers for this. I spent around three dollars on this project. I had most of my materials on hand.

Materials

One pack of assorted fruit stickers
One summer wood decoration
One wood frame
Paint
Faux succulents
Paintbrush, or sponge brush
Twine
 Hot glue
Scissors
Floral cutters

Start by applying paint to your wood frame. I applied around two coats of paint.

Set your frame aside, and allow it to dry.

Next, take your paint, and begin to paint your wooden summer decoration. If you have any gems or glitter, you can them for your summer decoration as well. Set it aside, and allow it to dry.

Once the frame and decoration are dry, take some hot glue and attach your summer decoration to your sign.

After, take your assorted stickers, and begin to add them to your wood frame.

You are now ready to cut your succulents. Use your floral cutters, and begin to cut them. You want them shorter for when we attach them onto the bottom of the frame using hot glue.

Take each succulent flower, and apply glue. Add them on the back, the bottom section of your frame.

All that is left is to take a strand of twine and glue it onto the back of your frame. Create a loop, and glue the ends.

Your colorful summer hanging design is complete! I love how easy this was to create! Happy crafting!
