Welcome to The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #118! This party offers a platform for sharing inspiring content, including recipes, family-friendly blog posts, crafts, home décor, and other uplifting ideas.
A Few Happenings
This week, someone slammed our side fence with their motorcycle. Thank goodness for cameras! My husband went over to check if the individual was okay, and now we have made arrangements to get them to pay for the damage.
It snowed for two days, and we were happy for the moisture.
I tried a copycat version of the Starbucks sugar plum Danish recipe, and it turned out great! Instead of plum, I used black cherry jam. It was equally delicious.
Life of 2 Snowbirds shared a travel post about Saguaro National Park in Tucson, Arizona. I really enjoyed this post because I spent a lot of time in Tucson when I lived in Arizona for many years. It’s filled with great details!
Melynda at Scratchmade Food for Hungry People shared her delightful recipe for Whole Wheat Jam Crumble Bars. These bars sound delicious! You can choose your favorite jam and enjoy the treat.
Lisa Notes wrote a post titled "Learning to Hold onto What Matters: My Four Somethings for November." Join her as she reflects on what she loved, learned, what went well, and what she decided to let go of.

Well done to your volleyball player!
ReplyDeleteLisa, thank you very much! 😊
DeleteUgh about your fence and the motorcycle accident! That's great that you had camera footage of it. Glad no one was hurt (other than your fence). And congrats to your daughter's volleyball team. Hope they can keep the perfect record through the next two games.
ReplyDeleteThanks for featuring my post from last week!
Lisa, thanks. Yeah, it was a total shock when it happened. I'm also glad the person was okay. And thanks so much for your sweet words about my daughter and her volleyball team. We hope they can keep that record too. I hope you're doing well, and we really enjoyed your post.
DeleteYour Danish sounds delicious Stephanie! Wow snow, we're in a heat wave here on the East coast of Australia at the moment with bushfires raging not far from us.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting. I'm sitting at #12 this week.
Blessings, Jennifer
Jennifer, thank you. The Danish was certainly tasty. I'm sorry to hear about the bushfires that are happening near your area. I pray that they are able to get them under control soon. Thank you for being a part of the party.
DeleteDear Stephanie, Thanks for hosting the #118 blogparty. My shares this time are #13, 14, and 15. Love the feature about Saguaro National Park as I live in Tucson. Must admit I think the eastside of the park is tops. Happy Holidays and be well.
ReplyDeleteNancy, thank you for visiting and sharing at the party today. I miss visiting Tucson when I lived there. Wishing you beautiful days ahead. Merry Christmas.
DeleteIt's so good of you to care for the motor rider. But indeed, he should pay for damages to your fence.
ReplyDeleteNicole, yes we were glad that he was not injured. Hopefully we can get the repairs started soon.
DeleteCongrats to your volleyball player - and her proud mama, too! What a fabulous season! So glad you had that camera and that the motorcycle driver was safe! You reminded me about those danishes! I tried a copycat recipe last year and they were so good! Thanks for another great party, Stephanie! It's always fun to visit! Happy December!
ReplyDeleteLaura, thank you so much! I really appreciate you. :) Those danishes are absolutely delicious! I was amazed at how well the copycat recipe turned out. I'm glad to hear you have a recipe that you use as well. As always, thank you for joining us at the party. Wishing you a beautiful December!
DeleteYou had a busy week, here is for 2 more game wins! Thanks for hosting, and the shout out on my Jam Crumble Bars. Take care and have a great week ahead.
ReplyDeleteMelynda, you are so kind. Thank you! They won two games today, and I'll be making those Jam Crumble Bars very soon. Have a wonderful weekend or week ahead.
DeleteThank you for the party.
ReplyDelete:) Thanks for joining the party.
DeleteYay for your daughter's volleyball team, boo for your fence! Thank you so much for the feature and for hosting this party!
ReplyDeleteYou're very welcome. And thank you for your kind words. :)
DeleteI tried several times to post, but I can see your features and the comments but it says error 500 instead of link to click to post. I'll try again later (my computer sometimes has a mind of its own)
ReplyDeleteInlinkz had an outage earlier today, but back up now and all good.
DeleteHi Cindy,
DeleteI'm sorry to hear about the 500 error. I've noticed that the Inlinkz website has been experiencing this issue several times recently. The party will remain open until Tuesday at 11 PM MST, so please feel free to try again anytime before then. It seems to be working again now. :)
All the best for the remainder of the games for the season.
ReplyDeleteMorning, Stephanie, thanks for this party. Happy weekend.
