Happy Friday, blogging friends! How was your week?
Last week, we celebrated my husband's birthday, and I made an ice cream cake for the occasion. While we were shopping, our youngest daughter found a delicious blend of coffee and cookies and cream ice cream.
It was definitely a hit! Since my husband loves coffee, the combination of coffee flavor with cookies and cream was just perfect. What's your favorite ice cream flavor?
As always, we had wonderful posts shared at last week's party. I took the time to visit every single post, and I always enjoy connecting with all of you. If you missed last week’s party, you can revisit it here: The Crazy Little Love Birds Link Party #143.

This is my first time to join in the party! Thanks for hosting! We just saw a series about the woman who hid Anne Frank's family. I was just thinking I should probably read Anne's diary again some time soon.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the party, Barbara! We are always delighted to have new bloggers join our community. Everyone here is very kind. That series sounds quite interesting; I should look into it. I hope you will be able to reread Anne's diary again soon. Take care. 😊
DeletePuffed pancake? I've never heard of that, but I'm so intrigued now!
ReplyDeleteLisa, I was so intrigued as well. I love the posts you all share. I'm always finding new things to explore.
DeleteHappy Birthday to your husband! My birthday was yesterday. Our favorite flavor ice cream is Breyers coffee flavor, and it is sometimes not easy to find for sale. We often find another brand that is coffee flavor to try when that happens.
ReplyDeletePat, thank you so much. I'll let him know. Happy birthday 🎂 to you, Pat. I hope you had a beautiful day spent with your loved ones. I love that coffee-flavored Breyers ice cream. We ended up getting the Kroger brand coffee-flavored ice cream this time. Wishing you a beautiful weekend. Take care. 🤗
DeleteSteph, thanks so much for featuring our Popeye Pancakes this week! They are full of protein and sweet, too, lol. Yum, the coffee and cookies and cream ice cream flavor does sound delicious--my husband would love that since coffee ice cream is his favorite. Have a lovely weekend!

DeleteHappy Friday. Thanks for hosting. We are fortunate to live not too far from a place that makes there own ice cream and it is so creamy. My favorite is chocolate but I love their ginger and peach.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday! I love that you are close to a place that makes its own ice cream. That's awesome! Ginger and peach sound so refreshing. And you can never go wrong with chocolate! :)
DeleteGreat features Stephanie! Thanks so much for hosting, and wishing you all a great week ahead.
ReplyDeleteMelynda, thank you. I hope that you have a wonderful weekend.
DeleteIce Cream cakes are always a hit in our family too Stephanie. Although I'm the odd one out in that I'm not a fan of ice cream or chocolate preferring yogurt & nougat! Lol!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Jennifer
Jennifer, I think yogurt and nougat sound delightful. Not everyone enjoys ice cream, so I completely understand your perspective. :) Thank you for being here at the party.

It was so sweet to witness and the momma deer was so caring. Happy Birthday to your husband! We also love coffeee and that cake sounded amazing!
ReplyDeletePat, thank you. I'm sorry for the confusion, but this post is from last week's party. Please join us at the newly opened Party 145. It opened this morning at 9 AM MST. We'd love to have you over there. I also left you a comment on your page letting you know. It's open and not full.
