A new day~ Thankful..

This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind... let it be something good. -Author Unknown

   When I wake in the morning I get kisses from both my husband, and my beautiful daughter. They mean the world to me. (Of course I can't forget about our little pug) He is usually all over me, from morning to night.
I thank God for yet another beautiful day. A day filled with laughter, hugs,  kisses, conversation, learning, playing, and so much more. The days go by so quickly...I've learned that we all must slow down sometimes and enjoy these little moments.  I absolutely love life, and I am thankful that I have been given life. -Stephanie

{Breakfast time with my munchkin}
My daughter loves helping with breakfast,
 I usually let her stir, or add in ingredients. :)
She's such a great little helper!

                                                            {Let's make music}
 We dance, and sing, and just love being silly together,
and when my husband gets home after work
  my little one has daddy join in!
(Oh and yes a dance off is always such fun in our home)

{The beauty of nature}
When the weather is nice out, we love exploring nature,
Something about fresh air, and a walk with my family
is pure bliss.

Mini Halloween Chalkboards

 Hi everyone! I'm excited to bring you this fun craft. This craft is perfect for Halloween, and you could definitely get your children to help and create as well. We are taking three mini chalkboards and decorating each one using felt stickers, crafts gems, and more! I purchased a pack of these mini chalkboards at my local Target in the Dollar spot.  Supplies Assorted craft gems Paint- Black, white, and orange Glitter glue, or glitter Felt Halloween stickers Wood word tiles--I purchased a pack at Walmart The ribbon is optional- I decided not to use it, but feel free to use it if you would like Paintbrush Hot glue Start by taking your frames and painting them black. For this craft, you will paint all three of your mini chalkboards black.  Working with the first design, use hot glue and add on your wood tile letters.  Next, take one felt sticker and add it to your mini chalkboard. I decided to use a ghost felt sticker on my first design. After, take your white paint an...

Keeping Blogging Positive: The Do’s and Don’ts of Community Support

The Do’s and Don’ts in a Blogging Community If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years of blogging, it’s that the community can be one of the best parts of the whole experience — when we’re actually supporting each other. Blogging isn’t just hitting publish and hoping someone reads it. It’s connecting, showing up for one another, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to share their voice. But let’s be honest: not every corner of the blogging world feels that way. Sometimes people forget that behind every blog is a real person doing their best. So I wanted to put together a simple, down‑to‑earth list of do’s and don’ts — the things that genuinely help build a positive blogging community, and the things that… well, don’t. The Do’s: How We Can Lift Each Other Up Do show support in ways that feel natural to you Support doesn’t have to b...
