Lovely evening..

It has turned out to be such a lovely evening. We had a delicious dinner. (my husband made some homemade lasagna) It turned out great. I did some baking with our daughter, and she enjoyed helping mommy in the kitchen. We baked some sugar cookies.

Our Visit to the Gingersnap Rescue Ranch

Hi everyone! I can't believe how quickly September went by! The year is moving by so quickly. Today I am sharing our visit to a local animal rescue. We had to postpone this trip until now because we had a few other events during our youngest daughter's birthday. Afterward, she came down with a cold, and we had to take things easy as she recovered. Our trip to Gingersnap Rescue Ranch was just as we pictured. Our youngest daughter has a love for animals that I can't explain. She absolutely adores all animals; if she could save them all, she would. We decided to head out to the rescue and take a scenic route. During the drive, we saw sheep, a few fall colors, and a stretch of cacti on the side of the road.
